**Key Accountabilities**:

- Research and recommendations for venues, gifting, entertainment, and guest speaker options that meet the needs of specific events
- Support online zoom registration pages
- Assist with Cvent reporting, data, and analytics to measure the ROI of event
- Support the hotel contract database for Toronto, Waterloo, and Montreal
- Support the creation floor plans, name badges, welcome packages, special gifts etc.
- Research new vendors and services to offer as recommended partners.
- For assigned events, detailing business partner meeting minutes
- Attendee coordination support

**Preferred skills**
- Interest, exposure, education in Events Management
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Ability to build strong business relationships to develop and execute creative and innovative events
- Knowledge of meeting and event planning and virtual event and meeting management
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with Event Management Tools
- Previous work experience working in events is an asset

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
