**About The Role**
The Sample Management Technician is responsible for the preparation of biological sample containers used during clinical trial execution.

**What You'll Do Here**
- Ensure the confidentiality of clinical trial participants and sponsors is respected.
- Maintain and advocate a high level of customer service and quality within the department.
- Perform biological container preparation activities including but not limited to, labeling and tube set-up.
- Complete related preparation documentation.
- Follow study specific preparation instructions when required.
- Monitor preparation supplies inventories and request additional as necessary.
- Proactively communicate issues and/or problem resolutions to departmental supervisors and managers.
- Complete and/or maintain training as required per jobs needs.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**
- High School Diploma completed.
- Good Communication (French and English)
- Detail oriented, well organized, customer service focused and able to work in fast-paced environment.
