**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Operate dishwashers efficiently and safely
- Wash and sanitize flatware, cookware, utensils, and small wares
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, mats, racks, and carts
- Handle and store cleaning products in accordance with safety standards
- Support general kitchen and back-of-house maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal
- Perform delegated tasks from the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or General Manager
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and respectful kitchen environment

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Previous experience in a dishwasher or similar kitchen support role is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to take direction and stay composed in a high-paced kitchen
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Positive attitude and direct communication skills
