**Reporting Relationship**:This position reports directly to the Estimatics Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coaching and mentoring Repair Planners, Parts Procurement Specialists, Production Administrators, and Shipper/Receivers
- Ensuring the success and accuracy of Birchwood Collisions' photo-based estimating process
- Responsible for exceeding MPI’s KPI targets of Ask Approve Variance (AAV), Average Supplement Count, and Real Parts Savings (RPS)
- Resolve all customer concerns related to the estimating process
- Managing all Tow-in vehicles, ensuring accurate reporting and estimating completion
- Ensuring parts inventory and the overall organization of parts rooms exceed expectations
- Managing of Birchwood Collision Regent schedule based on the influx in inventory and technician availability
- Performance and wage reviews for direct report employees
- Responsible for approving time off for direct reports and scheduling proper coverage while those employees are away
- Ensuring constant communication to the team on all repairs through Repair Center hub notes
- Work directly with Production when estimates require further discretion regarding repairability
