- 'The Norman Group Realty' at Keller Williams Integrity Realty Ottawa consists of two bilingual Buyers agents(French and Cantonese), as well as a client care coordinator and our Broker/Team leader Stephanie Norman. While Stephanie specializes in working with investors and in the commercial space, Meghan focuses on rural properties, waterfront properties, and investment properties, and Regan works with our first time home Buyers and condo purchasers. **Who are we looking for?**

The Showing Assistant will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic, outgoing and ready to learn. They have a compelling desire to support the lead agent in achieving team success, while being committed to growing their own skills and to developing to become a buyers agent with The Norman Group.

The lead agent on the file will perform a needs analysis and set the buyer up on a search. The Showing Assistant will pick up the baton and drive buyer clients to any homes of interest that match their search criteria. As clients explore homes, the Showing Assistant will take note of the client’s feedback to confirm or refine criteria with the lead agent and will show additional homes as needed. When buyer clients are ready to make an offer, the Showing Assistant will pass the baton back to the lead agent.

A Showing Assistant should be able to successfully show homes to around three to four buyers a month while earning bonuses based on 15 percent of each deal.

The Showing Assistant will have a real estate license in order to meet MLS criteria for the duties in this role. Additionally, they may be eager to earn the right to use their license as a Buyer Specialist with The Norman Group. This person is a forward-looking individual who develops and maintain positive professional relationships and desire to succeed in this role, as well as their next. To move into a Buyer Specialist role this person will be shadowing agents on showings, inspections, offer writing, and negotiations. **What will you do?**:

- These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: _
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients
- Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after the lead agent has completed a needs analysis and established a search
- Will sit in on Buyer meetings to gain knowledge, learn processes, and language

**Essential duties and responsibilities**
- Driving to meet Buyer clients at multiple different homes
- Working with lead agent to refine clients needs and wants based on seeing homes
- Working with lead agent to find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria
- Working closely with lead agents to keep them informed on their clients decisions, needs analysis changes, homes viewed, and thought process

**Communications/Interactions**

- None, though a talented performer in this role may move into a leadership position

**Compensation**
- This role is a commission based role. The Showing agent will receive a 15% referral on all closed transaction of Buyers they assisted with. This commission is paid whether the showing agent shows 1 house or 20+homes to the Buyers._
