Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage service. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in the food industry, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the beverage station
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
- Process customer payments accurately using POS systems
- Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.80 per hour
