This role provides value add through daily customer service leveraging technology, communication skills, and responsiveness in order to manage a block of clients. As a Client Specialist at Benefits by Design, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere as well as: You will also have the chance to: - Grow - you would continue to develop your skills and knowledge, as BBD is focused on helping people grow as individuals and professionals. - Learn - you would be joining an evolving industry (that would be group insurance) and be building a strong product knowledge to resolve customer inquiries, questions and concerns with accuracy in a timely manner. - Adapt - and identify opportunities for improvement as a trusted liaison between the customer and the customer success teams to support day to day business. - Interact - with members of the BBD team (internal) and people from our communities (external) - such as suppliers, advisors and clients. You will excel as a Client Specialist if you have: - A strong perspective on customer service - and who an organization’s customers are - Experience with Group Benefits as either a professional or as a policy holder - A friendly, professional approach in all forms of communication - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail - A positive attitude and problem-solving instincts to ensure client inquiries are answered and solutions are recommended based on the full need of the client - High degree of ownership and commitment to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment. - Experience with tough conversations and feel comfortable communicating important details.
