We are growing our National market share and require a strong leader to join our team in the role of **Account Project Manager** at our location in Moncton, New Brunswick.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Key client relationship management
- Leadership, coaching and development of the design and construction teams
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for franchise accounts
- Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and franchise customers, providing regular updates, and feedback to all stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, retention and account growth
- Stay abreast of industry trends, and competitor activities to provide informed insights
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new brand opportunities aligned to the growth strategy
- Lead process improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing operational efficiencies

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
- Experience in a construction, architectural or engineering capacity is an asset
- Passionate and creative problem solver with a relentless focus on determining the best approach to a situation
- Demonstrated genuine passion for ensuring the excellence of the final product and a relentless commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes
- Agile - able to adapt to evolving and unforeseen circumstances
- Occasional travel is required for customer relationship meetings (3-5 times per year)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
