**Purchasing Agent**

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual knowledgeable of roofing and waterproofing material, for our purchasing department. Must be experienced in project pricing and able to perform take-offs.
- Must be able to directly negotiate pricing with suppliers
- Must be able to create and manage purchase orders
- knowledge of logístical matters ie. expenses
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Oversee the quality of delivered goods
- Meticulous record keeping
- Ability to monitor inventory
- Great customer service is paramount, fast and friendly service
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and reading/writing skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and sales driven
- Able to operate a forklift
- Warehousing knowledge

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- purchasing: 2 years (required)
- Warehouse management system: 1 year (required)
- Forklift: 1 year (required)
