e-Visa Immigration is a Canadian company that was born from the desire to help people from all over the world to study, work, visit or immigrate to Canada, temporarily or permanently.

We love supporting our clients in their endeavours the best way possible. We are looking for a professional that shares the same passion to help others build their dreams.

You will perform the duties and responsibilities which are customary to this
position and reasonably necessary to fulfill the business' objectives:

- Develop career-related materials and creates marketing content, such as: social media posts, blog articles, e-books, videos, live, etc.)
- Prepare Power Point presentations to support career-related events and training.
- Facilitate career-related online events, workshops, and courses in both English and Portuguese.
- Accountable for providing high-quality career services, engaging in one-on-one meeting with clients, coaching them from their first steps (career planning) to support them during hiring processes.
- Interpret assessment tools and provide feedback on the client’s strengths and development opportunities.
- Direct and guide clients on how to conduct market research.
- Design action and professional development plans.
- Coach clients on effective job search strategies, networking, personal brand, resume customization.
- Write resume, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Conduct mock interviews and provides in-depth feedback to clients.
- Provide ongoing support as clients participate in hiring processes.
- Provide career transition/change coaching.
- Provide other tasks as assigned by leadership.

You have the following soft skills and other requirements:

- Be an excellent communicator and creative, being open to promote the company through social media (e.g., pre-recorded videos or live).
- Strong research skills to find ideal resources for each unique client.
- Active and interesting personal presence in social networks, with understanding of each network and its best practices.
- Experience in an HR (e.g., R&S, T&D, etc.) or career coaching role with some experience in the Canadian job market.
- Be located in Canada.
- Knowledge of career resources across a variety of industries in Canada.
- Academic background in HR or Psychology.

You will earn extra in the points for:

- Be available for immediate start.
- Coaching certification or Career Practitioner Certification.

You speak the languages below:

- English - Advanced (very strong speaking and writing skills)
- Portuguese - Fluent
- Spanish - Is an asset

This is a remote position but only profiles already based in Canada will be considered.

- Monday to Friday
