**Exciting Opportunity: Residential Support Worker**

**Location**: Northeast Winnipeg, MB
**Type**:Monday-Friday 9am-3pm
**Pay**: $19.62 per hour

**Your Role**:
As a **Residential Support Worker**, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing support and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Provide Exceptional Care**: Assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and promote healthy lifestyle choices. Ensure a clean, safe, and engaging home environment.
- **Manage Finances**: Handle and record daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support clients with their personal budgeting.
- **Maintain the Household**: Complete assigned chores, report maintenance needs, and ensure the home is well-kept.
- **Communicate Effectively**: Keep detailed logs, report any issues or incidents, and adhere to SPIKE Inc. policies and procedures.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: High School diploma.
- **License**: Valid Class 5F MB driver’s license (must drive independently).
- **Certification**: Emergency First Aid/CPR Level C.
- **Checks**: Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector search, Child and Adult Abuse Registry Checks.
- **Bonus Skills**: Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) and ASL are great, but not required.
