Location: Ottawa, Ontario

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year cleaning and supervisory experience
- Ability to manage multiple teams with different priorities and execute tasks with mínimal supervision
- Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle
- Must be willing to undergo a background check

The Position:
We are looking for a part-time supervisor (monday to friday 20-40 hours a week) who can manage our cleaning teams on the field and perform various tasks such as:

- Inspecting cleaning sites/facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist cleaning staff with cleaning when needed
- Establish work schedules for staff
- Pick up staff and drop off
- Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
- Be able to manage a team of 5-10 cleaners
- Start now part time Monday to friday
- Paid gaz weekly

**REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and smart phone knowledge with experience using MS Office programs
- Ability to effectively analyze, plan, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Flexible to work some weekends(only for the 2 airnbs we have, if it requires cleaning on the weekend.)

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
