The Boss Kitchen & Bar is looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused **Server** to join our front-of-house team. This role offers **approximately 3-4 shifts per week**, with the **potential to increase to 5 shifts** based on performance and scheduling needs. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional service, and enjoys being part of a supportive and professional team.

- Previous serving experience in a high-volume or full-service restaurant
- Strong communication and multitasking skills

- Confidence in handling POS systems, taking orders, and managing guest needs efficiently
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to all guests
- Collaborate with hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth flow of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas
- Handle payments accurately and follow all service procedures
