We're looking to bolster our Front of House roster with dynamic and passionate individuals. Our team of professionals embrace the fast paced work environment and take pride in showcasing some of the city's best catered menus and dishes. Our Event Managers oversee our onsite event team of servers and bartenders and are the onsite point of contact for our clients. You will be given all event details in advance and will then guide and supervise our skilled team to execute each event to perfection. Our events range from small private canapé parties to large elaborate plated dinner gala's. We're looking for an Event Manager to lead a team of up to 10 servers/bartenders, ensuring that all team members are utilized at all times. This is a **part time** position with the option of picking up as many shifts as you would like. We ask for a minimum of one shift a month (after training). Great way to supplement your income You request the shifts that you are keen and able to work and fits within your schedule via our online scheduling app. **REQUIREMENTS** - Capable of "hitting the ground running" - Confident in your ability to orchestrate a variety of event service types and sizes - Must be able to lift 50 lbs properly - Legally eligible to work in Canada - Serving It Right - _required_ - **Valid Drivers License** - _required_ - Fully vaccinated - _required_ - Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends) - _preferred_ - Must be available for at least one shift per month - Barista Experience - _beneficial_ - Minimum 2 years experience as a manager/supervisor either in a busy à la carte restaurant, or catering environment.
