**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and management of the team.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Oversee staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with management to implement operational strategies and policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the business.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a managerial role or similar position within the industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
