**Role overview**:
SecondShop is looking for an **Inventory Systems Coordinator** to ensure accurate, efficient, and system-driven management of our inventory across platforms and supplier relationships.

As the Inventory Systems Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining systemic accuracy and integrity across our ERP (Business Central) and POS (Shopify) platforms. You will manage incoming and outgoing inventory records, facilitate order processing, and ensure that product data is synchronized across systems to support sales readiness and supplier relationships.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Process and create purchase orders in our ERP (Business Central) system based on supplier-provided information, following tailored workflows depending on the supplier and product category.
- Reconcile and maintain alignment between our ERP system (BC) and Shopify POS using exports, dashboards, and manual reviews to ensure products are accurately represented and available for sale.
- Monitor systemic inventory flows to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies between physical and digital stock levels, ensuring data accuracy across all channels.
- Build and maintain inventory tracking tools, perform data audits, and contribute to inventory performance reporting that supports operational decision-making.
- Serve as a point of contact for suppliers regarding product returns and removals. Coordinate and document inventory being sent back, ensuring accurate record-keeping and system updates.
- Collaborate with the operations, sales, and supply teams to share insights, flag discrepancies, and support broader inventory-related initiatives across the company.

**Who we are looking for**:

- 2+ years' experience in inventory control, supply chain coordination, or systems management.
- High proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Business Central), specifically within inventory and order management functions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas) to manage large data sets and drive inventory reconciliation.
- A meticulous and analytical approach to system-driven work; capable of spotting inconsistencies quickly and accurately.
- Comfort with multiple interconnected systems, integrations, and data formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
