Inventory Coordinator

**OBJECTIVE**
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Inventory Coordinator is responsible for controlling the inventory accuracy of EarthFresh’s packaging materials and raw product at both EarthFresh Burlington facilities (1095 and 1109). This role includes organization and maintenance of required packaging materials, conducting regular cycle counts (raw product and packaging materials), and supplying production with their packaging needs.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Education/Certification:
- High School Diploma
- Current license for Forklift, Reach
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years inventory control experience (packaging an asset) within a warehouse environment
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, problem solving and ability to prioritize
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively and stand on feet for majority of the working day
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required, which may include evenings and weekends
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Maintenance and organization of packaging materials at all EarthFresh locations (1095 and 1109 Clay Avenue).
2. Develop and maintain inventory management procedures to eliminate stockouts, inventory discrepancies and impact on the daily operations of the business.
3. Develop and implement packaging storage procedures to control packaging storage locations.
4. Work with Buyer, Packaging to eliminate stockouts, and forecast risks that could impact operational efficiency.
5. Monthly cycle counts (minimum of 12 per year) of packaging materials and raw product at each warehouse.
6. Weekly inventory adjustments of potatoes and packaging to ensure physical inventory matches data in our ERP (Famous Software).
7. Responsible for fiscal year-end inventory count of both packaging and potatoes at all EarthFresh locations.
8. Ensure all packaging materials are available to meet daily and weekly production targets.
9. Receive packaging orders from truck, verify quantities and store in packaging room in appropriate location.
10. Maintenance of Recipes module in Famous ERP to account for product and packaging depletion.
11. Occasional picking and staging of packaging orders for shipments.
12. Accountable for completion of Daily Allocations to ensure packaging inventory is depleted accurately.
13. Day-to-day management and ordering of all consumables used in the warehouse.
14. Work with vendors to reduce cost of consumables while maintaining quality products to use in operations.
15. Other duties as required by the Director of Operations.
