This person has an ownership mentality, taking pride in managing the flow of the dinner service and creating seamless experiences for every guest that walks through our door.

They don't say "no", rather they provide alternatives to support the guests needs and are an essential part of the culture of our venue. **Responsibilities**: - Oversee the reservation process: making, adjusting and canceling as needed. - Greet, welcome and engage with guests, guiding them to their tables while maintaining pleasant conversation. - Be a source of knowledge on all things food, beverage, events and 100 Kellogg. - Manage server sections to ensure efficient and excellent service is provided throughout the seatings. - Build and maintain relationships with guests to encourage regular business, league memberships and event attendance. - Manage guest concerns as necessary. - Enforce and monitor all health, safety and sanitation standards in the restaurant. - Work closely with management to ensure a seamless experience. - Other duties as assigned. - Minimum one (1) year of management experience in a full-service establishment. - Experience working with a POS. - Organized and capable of multi-tasking with strong attention to detail. - Exemplary communication skills. - High standards for hygiene and personal appearances. - Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time. - A position attitude and strong work ethic. - Time management skills. - Strong leadership skills and a team mindset. - Smart Serve certification. - Record check required. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 25-30 per week **Benefits**: - Casual dress - On-site parking Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Evening shift - Holidays - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Tips Ability to commute/relocate: - London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: One location
