What We Want

The inventory and receiving specialist is responsible for unloading and labeling received products and storing them in appropriate locations to optimize the flow of materials to the site.

What You Will Do
- Receive and help organize and distribute received goods. This involves lifting boxes weighing up to 23 kg and moving pallets of material with appropriate tools and equipment.
- Work with internal clients (Boutique, F&B, Guest Experience, etc.) to facilitate the reception and delivery of materials to the appropriate sectors.
- Constantly examine issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Receive goods into the computer system (Norming).
- Occasionally open order requests when required.
- Work safely and in compliance with expectations.
- Monitor stock levels and inform when stocks approach the minimum replenishment level.
- Help manage supplier delivery/shipping schedules and resolve issues with missing items, delivery errors, and other difficulties.
- Maintain good relationships and clear, concise, and constant communication with suppliers and delivery personnel.
- Participate in monthly stock inventory and reconcile with system inventory quantities.
- Perform all other related tasks.

Desired Profile:

- High school diploma;
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar job;
- Bilingualism (an asset);
- Good physical condition and endurance; ability to lift 23 kg repeatedly;
- Valid driver's license; the position holder will need to drive a cube truck and run errands off-site;
- Forklift license would be an asset;
- Ability to multitask and tolerate stress;
- Integrity and professionalism;
- Organized with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week.
