**Position: Counter Sales Associate**

**Reporting to**:Sales Centre Manager

**Location: Kingston Ontario**

**Who We Are**: Carrier Enterprise Canada (CEC) is a national distributor of residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration products, parts and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. CE operates primarily in the business-to-business environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. CEC offers customers a wide range of HVAC/R product lines, competitive pricing, best-in-class customer service and valuable, time-saving services that position CEC as an industry leader. With 34 locations in Canada and over 150+ locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs.

**The Opportunity**
- Provide top quality service to our customers
- Handle customer calls and inquiries
- Quote prices to customers
- Process customer orders over the counter and telephone
- Maintenance of the showroom, including stocking shelves
- Merchandise and inventory maintenance
- Warehouse support, including shipping and receiving

**What You Offer**
- Front counter or inside sales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer service oriented
- Computer literate
- Preference will be given to those who have previous HVACR wholesale experience and/or who have graduated from a HVAC/R technical program

**Incentive Compensation**:As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Carrier Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
