As a Receptionist at one of our dealerships, you will be responsible for creating great first impressions and answering phones, and other administrative functions as assigned. You will be passionate about creating a professional relationship with the customer with the objective to create Brand and dealership loyalty. You will be an integral part of a strong group of professionals that work together to continuously find new ways to improve the experience of our customers.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Welcoming customers by phone and in person in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner
- Listening to customer needs and concerns with genuine intent and taking appropriate action
- Keeping detailed records of all interactions with customers
- Ensuring any administrative paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
- Reviewing and analyzing actions regularly to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
- Staying up-to-date on the dealership training programs
- Being knowledgeable about new features, specials and updates

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
- Experience in customer service would be an asset
- Experience in Reception in a dealership environment would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and engaging attitude
- Organized with an attention to detail and strong ability to prioritize
- Flexible and open to change; initiative to take on special tasks as needed
- Holds a valid driver’s license
- Must be proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
