We are currently seeking a detail-oriented **Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper** to join our team. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to advance their accounting career in a supportive and professional environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **bank and credit card reconciliations**:

- Maintain and analyze **vendor data**:

- Assist with **financial reporting** and general accounting tasks
- Support **month-end and year-end close processes**:

- Complete **other administrative and financial duties** as required

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: College or university-level education, preferably in accounting or finance
- **Experience**: 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (preferred)
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with various software including Excel, Quickbooks, Sage, Ekos (Other similar accounting systems considered)
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy
- **Communication**: Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

**Work Arrangement**
- **Primary Location**: Stellarton, NS, or Halifax, NS
- **Training**: Must be available for initial training in Stellarton or Halifax NS
