**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage salon staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to meet salon needs.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Manage scheduling and appointments using POS systems to optimize staff utilization.
- Handle administrative tasks including budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience within Hair industry.
- Licensed in province of Ontario
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to identify talent that aligns with our salon values.
- Proficient in math for budgeting and financial management tasks.
- Experience with administrative duties such as cashiering and maintaining records.
- Familiarity with POS systems for managing transactions efficiently.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- A passion for Hair trends and customer service excellence is essential.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
