**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and inventory management.
- Supervise team members to ensure adherence to salon policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote services and attract new clients.
- Conduct regular inventory assessments and manage purchasing of supplies.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the salon.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or salon management is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in negotiation, budgeting, payroll management, and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies.
- Experience with cash handling, cashiering, and POS systems is required.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Ability to train staff in customer service excellence and technical skills.
- Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to the beauty industry is advantageous.
- Must possess strong math skills for budgeting and pricing tasks.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
