**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine health status and medical needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses.
- Administer medications and manage pain management protocols as required.
- Provide acute care for patients with urgent health issues.
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems - presently using Accuro.
- May engage in data collection for research purposes to enhance patient care practices.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated with advancements in medical terminology and best practices in family medicine.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology.
- Strong knowledge of acute care practices, pediatrics., and Well woman health.
- Familiarity with medical office operations and electronic health record systems (Accuro and Cerner).
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong analytical skills to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Pay: $185,807.45-$415,146.43 per year
