**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date invoices and records.
- Schedule employees and manage the calendar for the office, ensuring optimal flow.
- Handle office filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, customer account management, A/R, etc.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other staff to provide exceptional customer service.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an office management role is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and managing front desk operations is an asset.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are an asset.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carbon, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
