**Now Hiring: Equipment Operator II (Competition #25-49)**

Parkland County has _permanent, full-time _Equipment Operator II positions available in our Road Maintenance & Drainage Department. Reporting to a Road Maintenance Supervisor, your duties include operating a variety of trucks and road maintenance equipment. You will perform labour related duties when not operating vehicles or equipment and may be required to work with mínimal supervision. The ability to effectively organize equipment and materials to accomplish objectives in an efficient manner and keep accurate, detailed and legible records is required.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience operating a variety of equipment including tandem trucks, motor graders, front end loaders, etc.
- Valid Alberta Class 3 Operators License with Q (air) endorsement. Upon hire, a current commercial driver’s abstract must be provided.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Mechanically inclined.

An hourly rate of pay of $36.57 working 40 hours/week.
