**What You’ll Do**:
As our Parts Manager, you’ll be the linchpin in our Canadian operations, reporting directly to the Vice President of After-Sales. You’ll ensure that our parts supply chain runs like a well-oiled machine, managing the daily operations of our parts warehouses across two locations. Your leadership will empower our team, and your customer-first mindset will keep our dealers smiling and our reputation soaring.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the parts inventory process and keep our supply chain running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our ERP system, ensuring everything is always in its place.
- Lead and oversee annual inventory clean-ups and preparations.
- Manage returns and streamline the supply chain process.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment of parts and restock shelves as needed.
- Prepare purchase orders, assist with shipping/receiving, and even hit the road as a parts-runner when necessary.
- Provide expert support and advice to dealers and customers, building trust and satisfaction.
- Oversee shipping documentation, loading/unloading operations, and ensure our team follows health and safety protocols.
- Perform parts counter sales, manage OEM orders, and stay on top of deliveries.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- 3+ years of experience in parts and service operations, with deep knowledge of inventory management.
- Understanding of safety codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to craft professional and welcoming messages.
- A competitive spirit and determination to achieve monthly goals.
- Mechanical know-how and a knack for solving problems.
- Budgeting experience and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- A customer-centric attitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility for daytime hours and the occasional evening shift.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move parts weighing 30-50 lbs. frequently.
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (40 hours per week).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $105,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
