We offer **THREE**, affordable options for you to work with:

- **1.** **Fixed**

You know what you want and secure it for the year. Pay a set monthly fee on the last day of each month for a set # of days and times of the week.

Must be pre-booked for a contract term of one year.

**Fixed Room rental rate $14/hour**
- **2. Flexible**

You agree to x amount of hours per week for the duration of the contract term (one year)Pay weekly on the last day of the week for agreed hours and book desired hours in Skedda for each week.

Flexible Room rental rate $18/hour
- **3. Drop-In**

You are building your clientele and don't know how many hours you need. Drop-In provides you with the opportunity to check availability in our room rental booking system and book a room as you need. Total freedom, build and pay as you need. No worry about monthly or weekly room rental payments.

**What’s needed to become part of our GROUP**:

- Registered and in good standing with the College and Association
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of Osteopathic Assessment and Care
- Provide proof of registration and insurance
- City of Calgary business license
- Must have professional liability insurance and 5 Million commercial general liability insurance
- Reliable Transportation; living in Calgary or vicinity
- Neat in appearance and scent free
- This is an **independent contractor** position; Practitioner will set their own fees for their services

Pay: $100.00-$200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
