Held Holistic Design + Wellness Collaborative is a lifestyle brand built on one belief: true well being happens when our bodies and the spaces we live in are in harmony. Founded by Nicole Couvillon an Architectural Technologist and Trauma Informed Registered Massage Therapist, the brand blends the precision of design with the intuition of healing.

The heart of Held brings a holistic approach to wellness by engaging the mind and body together through supportive wellness treatments, and spaces designed for daily restoration. We create spaces and experiences that foster balance and invite you to live well.

Today Held Holistic Wellness Spa is the brand’s main platform, but the vision reaches further: wellness-centered communities, on-site food production, and a flagship center where hydrotherapy, spa services, clinical care, design and research come together under one roof.

**Who We’re Looking For**

We’re expanding our collaborative team and inviting practitioners who share our holistic vision. Our culture is grounded in **inclusivity, support, and collaboration**. We’re seeking individuals who bring compassion, integrity, and a desire to connect — both with colleagues and with clients.

At this stage, we are hiring **subcontractors**. Some services may begin online while we continue to grow our reach. To apply, you must:

- Be registered within your specific modality in Alberta
- Hold active licenses to work in the City of Calgary

**Current Openings**
- **Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)** — Casual/Part-Time, with potential to grow into Full-Time
- **Naturopathic Doctor** — Focus on women’s health, hormonal balance, gut health, fertility, and peri/menopausal support
- **Osteopath**
- **Esthetician** — Skilled in traditional techniques, buccal and lymphatic facial massage, grounding treatments, and use of organic skincare (Eminence or similar). Knowledge of nutrition and the impact of stress/diet on skin health is a strong asset.
