**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to tailor tutoring sessions effectively.
- Develop individualized learning plans that align with each student's goals and learning styles.
- Educate students on effective study techniques, time management, and test-taking strategies.
- Utilize computerized tools and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters student engagement.
- Track student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents regarding performance improvements.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in tutoring, particularly in Physics.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain focus during sessions.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to educate and inspire students, building their confidence in their abilities.
- Experience working with children of various age groups, understanding their unique challenges.
- Proficient in using technology for educational purposes, including computerized learning tools.
