**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the initiation and execution of projects, defining their scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure projects are executed efficiently
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to project charter, RACI, and project plans, and progress reporting
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting project cost, schedule, scope, or completion of milestones
- Provide effective project control and oversight
- Coordinate project activities with the project team and other stakeholders as required
- Collaborate and motivate project team to achieve project goals
- Lead project coordination meetings, facilitation communication and collaboration across teams
- Continuously monitor project health and implement contingency measures when needed
- Facilitate decision-making processes to address project challenges and ensure successful outcomes
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned, best practices, and areas for improvement
- Support coordination of business activities as required

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Highly organized strategic thinker with positive attitude and strong work ethic that is able to prioritize multiple projects effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices
- Proficient in project management software and tools, with a focus on the Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Project
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management with a track record of managing multi-year and complex projects
- PMP Certification
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent preferred
