**About Us**:
24HR Collision is a leading **ICBC-certified autobody repair shop**, known for delivering **top-tier collision repairs** and **VIP-level service** in Vancouver and Surrey. We take pride in our craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, and we’re looking for an **Estimator who shares our commitment to excellence.**

**This position is for our Vancouver location.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Greet and assist customers** in person and over the phone.
- **Take ICBC claim photos** and document vehicle damage.
- **Write accurate estimates** and submit them to ICBC and other insurers.
- **Order parts and track deliveries**, ensuring all necessary components arrive on time.
- **Follow up on parts and supplements**, keeping repairs on schedule.
- **Coordinate with technicians** to ensure a smooth repair process.
- **Maintain communication with customers**, providing updates on their vehicle status.
- **Close repair files and submit final paperwork** to insurance providers.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience as an Autobody Estimator** (ICBC experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of **insurance claims and estimating software**.
- **Exceptional customer service skills** - you know how to build trust and confidence.
- **Self-motivated and organized** - you take ownership of your work without needing micromanagement.
- Detail-oriented with a **commitment to accuracy and quality**.
- Ability to **work efficiently Monday to Friday** in a fast-paced environment.
