Post-Secondary Education - Sales and Marketing preferred. **Company Description**: The On Premise Manager (‘Musketeer’) is responsible for growing Red Bull presence and sales across all segments of the On Premise business including Nightlife, Full/Limited service Restaurants, QSR, and Catering. You will work with multiple distribution partners and field sales teams to drive consumption and horizontal growth of the brand. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating strong relationships amongst account owners and staff while executing all aspects of Red Bull’s On Premise business plan. Success will be assisted through working with multiple departments internal and external, developing lasting relationships with key partners, possessing strong negotiation skills, and fostering a solution-oriented mindset. You must also possess the ability to deliver marketing programs to the accounts that will offset cash contributions and excite the consumer through unique Red Bull programming. **LIVE THE RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE: "CREATE AFFINITY"** Be a Red Bull Brand Ambassador. Bring the brand to life, from the trendiest restaurants and bars, the best clubs in town, and the biggest festivals, to the most private and exclusive events. Establish and nurture relationships with influencers and partners spreading affinity and enthusiasm for Red Bull. Build your personal reputation within the local scene based on your knowledge of the industry and latest trends. Your work lifestyle coincides with the Red Bull culture. **TERRITORY MANAGEMENT** Complete ownership of the territory with the goal to maximize Red Bull consumption. Increase product availability and horizontal distribution in our current buying account base, through opening new account opportunities. Map and evaluates all sales opportunities within defined territory. Build and executes an annual territory business plan. Develop marketing and sales plans for all directly managed accounts. Accurately categorizes all opportunities as per the RBC guidelines. Sell in programs and strategies to drive Red Bull demand and consumption in outlet. Execute Red Bull High 5 Excellence and Perfect Outlet standards throughout territory and tracking results. Responsible for direct territorial budgets, constantly evaluating to improve ROI. Activate Marketing and Trial initiatives in outlet to intensify consumption. Ensure transfer of knowledge to key On Premise stakeholders through training sessions. Monitor distribution of all Red Bull products and ensures that there are no out of stocks, through communication and training of the distributor reps in the territory. 80% of the time is spent in field, calling on accounts. **CITY ENTREPRENEUR** Take full responsibility for the On Premise sales and marketing activities in your market. Know your market like the back of your hand, keep an eye on the latest trends, and maintain a look-out for new opportunities. Establish ingenious strategies and creative tools to present the perfect pitch for Red Bull. **LEAD THE RED BULL EXPERIENCE** Perfect Serve: Ensure cold Red Bull Cans are given to consumers when ordered as a stand-alone or as part of a mixed drink. Perfect Visibility: Ensure visibility is staged perfectly to increase sale. Complete Menu Entry: Ensure Red Bull products are listed on menus and displayed in accounts to optimize sales. Consumption Activation: Sell by using appropriate consumption activation tools and marketing content resources. Staff Activation: Win the hearts and minds of the service industry through staff activations, education and engagement. **INDISPENSABLE BUSINESS CONSULTANT** As a trusted partner, strengthen and nurture our long-term relationships with established customers, and create new alliances with influencers and industry experts. Make every appointment with your customers the highlight of their day. They look forward to benefitting from your insightful thoughts, astute observations, and strategic considerations. Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements to build long-term relationships. Ensure professional conduct during all business interactions. Conduct business reviews with accounts and plans upcoming goals and initiatives. Ensure all account interactions have a specific business purpose. **ASSET MANAGEMENT** Ensure that all POS items are tracked, staged and displayed appropriately (clean and in proper working condition). Plan territorial POS forecast, to achieve business objectives. Fill, rotate and face all Red Bull in coolers during every visit to maximize sales. **Qualifications**: Established contacts within the industry, or the ability to make them quickly and smoothly. Experience effectively selling to a customer base is a must, experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and nightlife a plus.
