**Job Description**:
**As the Regional Sales Manager for the Quebec & Eastern Region of Canada, your responsibilities will include**:
- Providing leadership for the market development, and sales growth for the Quebec & Eastern Region account base
- Developing a strategic sales plan to meet growth, profitability & and market share requirements within a defined framework
- Ensuring sales force activity is focused on target existing & potential accounts
- Developing and supporting distribution & indirect sales channels for all other customers
- Managing and supporting distributor partnerships through the ‘Certified Excellence’ program
- Driving a ‘Value Based’ selling approach
- Managing the sales team's resources and opportunities through use of Bosch Rexroth’s CRM system
- Driving the profitable growth of Rexroth and related hydraulic and automation components, systems and services in an ethical and courteous manner
- Ultimately being responsible for overseeing satisfaction of all customers within the Quebec & Eastern Canada Region
- Assisting Business Unit Managers in the scheduling of factory visits and joint calls as well as product launches, etc
- Ensuring sales development for all market segments and product disciplines, including: Hydraulics, Electric Drives & Controls, Linear Technologies, and Assembly Technologies

- Faire preuve de leadership pour développer le marché et la croissance des ventes pour les comptes du Québec et de la région de l’Est.
- Développer un plan de vente stratégique pour répondre aux exigences de croissance, de rentabilité et de part de marché dans un cadre défini.
- S’assurer que l’activité de la force de vente se concentre sur les comptes cibles existants et potentiels.
- Développer et soutenir les canaux de distribution et de vente indirecte pour tous les autres clients.
- Gérer et soutenir les partenariats avec les distributeurs par le biais du programme « Certified Excellence ».
- Mettre en place une approche de vente basée sur la valeur.
- Gérer les ressources et les opportunités de l’équipe de vente en utilisant le système CRM de Bosch Rexroth.
- Favoriser la croissance rentable de Rexroth et des composants, systèmes et services hydrauliques et d’automatisation connexes, de manière éthique et respectueuse.
- Être responsable de la satisfaction de tous les clients du Québec et de la région de l’Est.
- Aider les directeurs d’unité commerciale à planifier les visites d’usine, les appels conjoints ainsi que les lancements de produits, etc.
- Assurer le développement des ventes pour tous les segments de marché et les types de produits, y compris : Hydraulique, Entraînements et commandes électriques, Technologies linéaires et Technologies d’assemblage.
**Qualifications**:
- Technical Degree in Technologist, Engineering or Science Programs (or related discipline) or equivalent experience
- 5 years of related experience in effective sales team leadership with a proven track record of meeting growth and profitability targets
- Strong leadership skills with sound decision making abilities
- High customer service orientation
- Ability to coach, develop, mentor and motivate a highly technical sales team
- Previous experience establishing clear roles and objectives for a sales team
