As part of our Actuarial and Investment Consulting group, and reporting directly to the Vice President, you will lead the investment specialty and develop solutions in support of our clients and Group Retirement Savings Account Executives and Consultants.
What you need to be successful in this role:

- CFA in good standing
- Have exceptionally polished communication skills
- Excellent client-focus and professional acumen
- Experience with performance monitoring for defined contribution pension plans
- Experience with SIPP compliance for defined benefit pension plans
- Conduct investment research and fund assessment
- Experience interacting with and participating in meetings with investment managers
- Exposure to both traditional asset classes as well as alternative asset classes
- Work well independently and in a team
- Track record of mentoring junior colleagues to deliver high quality work
- Solid working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiar with Morningstar and evestment
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
