We have an exciting opportunity for a **Packaging Associate** to join our **Packaging** team in Langley, BC. - Do you want to be part of a passionate, innovative team? Mon to Thu - 7:00 pm to 5:30 am **Wages**: $16/ - **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: - Sort, pack, rack, crate and package materials and products - Perform other production and elemental activities - Clean machines and immediate work areas - Check and weigh materials and products - Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers - Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout plant manually or using powered equipment - Other duties, as assigned **Knowledge/Experience and Skills**: - Experience in manufacturing preferred but not mandatory - Prolonged standing and walking. - Ability to lift 35-50 lbs. **Preferred attributes**: - Team player - Possess a positive "can do" attitude - Reliability - Multi-tasking **What we offer**: - Extended health benefits - Dental coverage - Vision coverage - Long-term disability - Life Insurance - RRSP matching - Employee Appreciation Events Apex Aluminum Extrusions is a place for you to feel challenged, professional, and creative, while offering you the ability to build relationships, and excel in your career.
