Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables or waiting areas
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
- Take and manage reservations over the phone and in person
- Manage the waitlist and ensure timely seating of guests
- Monitor dining room for seating availability, cleanliness, and proper setup
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Assist with coordinating special events or private dining arrangements

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Must be fluent and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to answer phone effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to handle guest requests promptly
- Basic knowledge of POS systems for order entry and payment processing

As a Host/Host at our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests feel welcome and comfortable during their visit. If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that this position may require working weekdays and, weekends. Previous experience in a similar role is required. We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
