We are looking for a Project Manager who enjoys working in a team enviroment with the highest level of commitment to customer care. The Project Manager liasons between clients and inhouse production to estimate & manage bindery/ mail jobs, ensuring specifications are adhered to and jobs are completed in a timely and professional manner. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills to join our team A successful Project Manager will be capable of managing several different projects at the same time and ensuring that all deadlines are met.

Responsibilities Include:

- Work with Sales to liaison with existing customers, prospect new accounts and develop new business
- Effectively represents the products and services of the company while providing clients with alternative ideas and cost saving measures
- Work closely with production and management to answer technical questions regarding projects and to ensure best machine speeds & other standards are used to cost jobs
- Create and/ or review press layouts and other production methods for each estimate based on product specifications and production capabilities
- Prepare quotes based on client specifications using estimating tools to compile estimated costs that will be both competitive for the customer and profitable for the company.
- Understand and execute files on Canada Post and other mail specific software required for lettershop and mail distribution work
- Review incoming purchase orders, create work orders and particulars for upcoming jobs
- Effectively represents the products and services of the company while providing clients with alternative ideas and cost saving measures inline with our Client Care Program
