Reporting to the Residential Property Manager, the **Maintenance II** assists in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of 5 residential properties **located in the Dartmouth Mic Mac Mall area and the South End of Halifax**.

**Your Role**

The general presentation of the property in a first-class manner will be at the forefront of the role. Duties will include:

- Light maintenance
- Property protection
- Guest services
- Responding to building systems

**Your Experience**
- At least 1 or more years customer service experience in cleaning, maintenance, hospitality, security or another related role.
- Experience with minor maintenance work and repairs is a must.
- Familiarity with electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems is considered an asset.
