Based in Hamilton Ontario, iCleaners continues to grow and we need some help We are currently seeking to hire a Part-Time Office Manager (primarily remote) to help us ensure our business runs smoothly.
**What is this position about?**
Continuous improvement: Our Part-Time Office Manager is responsible for ensuring our team can deliver excellent service to our clients by making sure people are in the right place, with the right equipment at the right time. This is done by working closely with our President, cleaners, and HR manager.
As the Part-Time Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the point of contact among employees and clients
- Managing the information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing executive calendars and setting up meetings
- Light project management
- Preparing weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
- Overseeing and managing the performance of cleaning staff through reports
- Manage the cleaning supply inventory
- Organize and maintain the office filing system

**Do you have what we seek?**
- 3-5 years experience as an Office Manager, Assistant Office Manager or Executive Assistant. (If you have more, that’s great)
- Previous experience in the cleaning industry. (Preferred not required.)
- Availability to work 11am-4pm Monday to Friday, and the occasional Saturday 8:30am-11am.
- Available and willing to attend our office based in Hamilton.
- Home office or suitable location for remote work.
- A valid G-class driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- A cell phone with data.
- Strong computer and technology literacy. E.g: Internet Phone Systems, E-mail, and Google Workplace.
- An ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.

**Company profile**
At iCleaners, our goal is a simple one: we help companies establish a clean and healthy environment by using original solutions to common problems through the use of technology and systems. We are a commercial cleaning company specializing in helping commercial property managers, cleaning business parks and other commercial buildings.
**Rate of Pay**:
$18 - $25 per hour (depending on previous experience).
**Location**:
This is primarily a remote position, with some visits required to our Hamilton Office.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-28 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
