Junior Accounts Receivable/payable Clerk

**Responsibilities**
- Enter cash receipt transactions and posting
- Weekly/daily invoicing
- Ensure payment of orders
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Communicate updates regarding cash receipts
- Provide invoices to customers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable duties
- Assist accounting personnel
- Update Shopify records as needed
- Daily posting of A/P to sub ledger

**Qualifications**
- College Education an asset
- Experience and knowledge of A/R and A/P sub ledgers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in postings
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Interpersonal skills to work as an integral part of a team
- Familiar with EDI processes

This role is diverse and requires an individual that enjoys diversity and challenges

The primary goal will be to assist the Finance department with duties as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
