Health Plus Medical Clinic - Midnapore and Health Plus Crescent Heights Clinic are two state-of-the-art, rapidly growing family medicine and walk-in clinics serving diverse communities in Calgary. With a combined team of over 15 family physicians and specialists and 14 medical office assistants (MOAs), we are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Medical Clinic Manager to oversee operations at both locations and lead our administrative and clinical support teams. This is a critical leadership role that requires a seasoned professional with strong healthcare management expertise and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations across both Midnapore and Crescent Heights locations
- Supervise and support a team of MOAs and administrative staff
- Collaborate with physicians on scheduling, workflow optimization, and clinic needs
- Oversee compliance, quality assurance, and patient service standards
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and resolve conflicts professionally
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Implement process improvements and support business growth
- Coordinate ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in medical clinic management (3+ years preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact professionally with physicians on a daily basis
- Post-secondary education in healthcare administration or a related field
- MBA or equivalent qualifications are considered a strong asset
