Do you enjoy corporate law or want to find out if corporate law is for you?

This is an hourly, fulltime contract position for the summer months with potential for part-time work continuing into the fall. The Corporate Law Clerk Summer Student will be required to work in-office.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Reviewing minute books
- Preparing minute book review summaries
- Drafting directors and shareholders resolutions
- Preparing various extra-provincial annual returns across Canada
- Scanning signed resolutions and filed annual returns and uploading to corporate directories and placing in minute books
- Preparing and/or updating directors, officers and shareholders ledgers and registers
- Preparing share certificates
- Organizing electronic documents within corporate directories
- Updating various tracking charts
- Other projects as required

**What We Are Seeking**:

- Current enrollment in a Post-Secondary Law Clerk program
- Detail-oriented, responsible, independent, and self-motivated
- Strong oral and written communication
