Operations Coordinator
OVERVIEW
GroupM is seeking an organized, solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills to work in support of and collaboration with our operations and administration teams. The Operations Coordinator will ensure consistent, timely delivery of various processes and projects
supporting the central administration and operations of GroupM Canada and our award-winning agencies (Mindshare, MediaCom, Wavemaker, and Essence).
This is a newly created role that reports to the Head of Operations and will partner closely with the GroupM Executive support team.
The Operations Coordinator’s responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the tracking and distribution of electronic assets (Laptops, Mobile devices, peripherals, etc.), and coordinating the shipping of packages as required
- Monthly reconciliation of corporate car-sharing and mobility accounts
- Acting as first point of contact for IT Ticket escalation and investigation
- Updating of data in various databases
- Updating data as required in Excel, SharePoint, etc.
- Presenting progress and results of tasks
- Conducting regular analysis of processes and procedures, adjusting when necessary
- Performing other relevant duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform an asset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet schedules and deadlines
- An individual who can work simultaneously on several tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Enthusiastic self-motivated individual who is eager to take on new challenges, with an aptitude for learning new platforms
