This role is ideal for a strategic training professional with experience leading training initiatives in complex project environments, particularly ERP or enterprise-wide system implementations.

Key elements of this role include:

- Developing the ERP training strategy, ensuring alignment with overall change management and business readiness plans.
- Leading the design of scalable training approaches across diverse business areas and user groups.
- Defining training success metrics and reporting processes to assess adoption and effectiveness.
- Building and managing a small training team, including coaching and supporting the Training Specialists.
- Engaging functional leads to ensure training content and delivery methods align with operational needs.
- Partnering with third party vendors to develop the training governance structure (e.g., standards, templates, version control protocols).
- Identifying and mitigating training-related risks, issues, and interdependencies.
- Leading training readiness reviews and reporting on progress to the Change Manager.

These skills will make you successful:

- Degree or diploma in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering training within large programs or transformation initiatives
- Experience leading training workstreams within ERP or enterprise technology implementations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders across all levels of an organization
- Strong communication, training, and coaching skills
- Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Proficiency with training development tools and platforms (e.g., MS Office, eLearning authoring tools, LMS platforms)
- Knowledge of utilities, SAP, or large-scale transformation projects considered an asset
