The **Ottawa Titans** are hiring a creative and organized **Digital Media Coordinator** as part of its 2025 Summer Internship Program. This is a paid, full-time seasonal position beginning mid-April and ending at the conclusion of the baseball season.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate the Videoboard during home games, including producing digital content relating to all in-game entertainment elements
- Work closely with the Fan Experience department to ensure seamless execution of all in-game elements
- Assist in creating various graphic projects relating to baseball, social media & branding and other departments
- Edit videos and photos as necessary
- Design visual elements for presentations and pitch decks
- Assist in preparing and posting social media content as needed
- Support other departments as necessary
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual (French & English), preferred
- Advanced graphic design and video editing skills; proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Premiere.
- Strong typographic and conceptual design skills
- Ability to take design direction and feedback is a must
- Desire to work in the sports and entertainment industry and specifically in a field related to Graphic Design or Game Production
- Willingness and ability to work a variable schedule including late nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed, including all Titans games
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate, problem solve, think outside the box, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate, confident and highly-motivated
- Canadian citizenship/residency or valid work permit

**Education and Experience**
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
- An existing graphic design portfolio from school or work
