**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS system
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen duties as needed to support overall restaurant operations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction
- Provide guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
