As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team.

We are looking for a competent and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects in Canada. As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. You will play a critical role in leading the on-site construction team and ensuring the quality of work done on site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all on-site activities, including coordinating and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crew.
- Ensure that construction projects are executed safely and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Project Managers to create and execute project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
- Monitor daily construction activities, resolve any issues that may arise, and report progress to the Project Manager and/or Production Manaager.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.
- Keep an inventory of materials and equipment and coordinate the procurement of necessary supplies.
- Implement and enforce the company's policies, procedures, and safety standards on the construction site.
- Proactively identify and address potential project risks and obstacles.
- Assist in the commissioning and closeout of projects, including conducting final inspections and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Site Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

*Certification in construction or project management is a plus.

**Salary**: $83,256.82-$142,038.47 per year
