One of Ontario's leading builders is growing and is currently seeking a Site Superintendent to join their Low Rise division.

**Requirements**:

- Preparation of the project schedule;
- lead project from beginning to occupancy
- Lead team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Setting up finishing operations and attending PDI inspections.

**Skills & Experience**
- 7+ years of experience in a Site Superintendent role working for a mass production builder
- Experience leading projects from Foundation - Occupancy
- Strong communication skills, with leadership abilities to manage relationships with trades to ensure the project is completed efficiently
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field

**Extra Consideration will be given to those who have experience with**

Low Rise, Homes, Subdivisions, Townhomes, Townhouses, Semis, Mass production, Scheduling, Site Super, Site Superintendent, Site Manager, Site Supervision, Manager, stacked townhouses

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $130,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
